The location is convenient. Restaurants and shops are nearby. The staff was very kind. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was amazing!!!
The room lacked a bathroom door. The pool area was quite noisy. People were partying there on two consecutive nights.

quiet hotel cute staff different choices
The hotel is very quiet. The cleanliness really impressed me. The staff showed a cute attitude. I found free water, cola, and snacks ready in my room. Breakfast included MANY different choices.
The room had no bathroom door!

The hotel features a very neat and clean environment close to the happening areas. Its architectural design includes bright, beautiful elements. I enjoyed the atmosphere. It all contributed to a VERY enjoyable stay.

attentive staff popcorn complimentary tv channels
I experienced great service . The staff was attentive and always ready to assist. The complimentary popcorn in the room was a NICE surprise. The variety of Thai and foreign tv channels kept me entertained throughout my stay.
My request for a room high up was not fulfilled. I was assigned a room on the second floor, which overlooked a backyard. The pool was not clean and had trash floating around.

Food served in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Room service was efficient and offered the same menu. Breakfast was particularly GREAT, with a wide selection of choices.
